Fabric swatches as seen on Heather Ross' Blog
I'm so taken with Heather Ross' new line of fabrics for Kokka... for my non fabric addicted friends, this line is the second in Heather's Far Far and Away series, the first contained other fairy tale scenes. This second set is incredibly sweet... I love the moons and the charcoal color in some of the patterns. While the aqua is a clear winner (I'm a sucker for orange...) I'm also kind of loving the meadow color way...
That Rapunzel print is seriously sweet... speaking of sweet, even though there has been a great deal of quilting happening in the loft, I've also been wanting to delve into some clothing projects for myself but am a bit intimidated to do so. Before I take on a project for myself (I've seen some amazing work that I can't wait to try here and here) I thought I'd try some dresses on a mini-scale first. Since we have had a flurry of little ladies born to friends and family recently, the Oliver and S Bubble Dress seemed like a good introduction to the world of dresses and I've heard great things about their patterns.

... so looks like I'll have to twist some arms to take my confidence-building practice dresses... I'm betting that I won't have to twist too hard...
