Happy Labor Day to all... this holiday around here really marks the beginning of the new season and I couldn't be more ready. Bring on the sweaters, the quilts and the fire. We'll be laboring this weekend around the house. For our Flickr friends, you probably remember images like this from last fall...
... Rob's home-improvement plans have grown from replacing the windows, to radiant floor (yes please!) and insulation so we have our hands filled around here with biscuit cutters and new trim. I just said biscuit cutter. I can't wait to show you some of the amazing things that are happening around here as we express our creativity in various ways.
Improvement update will be a new feature here at Gehring Road as we paint, prime, sand, decorate (cheers!) and miter new trim (that Rob is customizing for us). I'm so glad you're along for the ride as we take on these projects. Happy weekend to you, and my hope is that you are having as much fun laboring or resting this weekend as we are.
